FRC – Flexible Rubber Coating is a water-based, rubberized encapsulating coating that restores, seals, and protects damaged or deteriorated surfaces. It cures to a flexible, waterproof, slip-resistant membrane for interior or exterior use. Ideal for wood decks, concrete floors, stairs, ramps, and other high-traffic or wet areas. FRC is commonly used as part of a system: add vulcanized rubber aggregate to bridge and fill cracks and other surface damaged, followed by additional coatings as needed, and finally a top-coat with Endura-Plate to shield the rubber layer and improve cleanability.
